Once all the documents are signed and funds are transferred, the deed is recorded with the county and the home is officially yours. You'll get your keys, garage remotes, and any manuals or warranties the seller left behind. Take a breath. You did the hard part. Then head straight into the Post-Close phase, because the next 90 days matter more than people expect.
